Luma Dice Tray — Smart Entertainment Product

Role: Solo product developer / founder
Focus: Product concept, prototyping, user research, market positioning
Proof: Functional prototypes, 200+ survey responses, presentation at LA Comic Con

LUMA Dice Tray is a smart tabletop gaming accessory designed to make physical gameplay more immersive through light, sound, roll detection, and app-based control. I developed it as a launch-oriented consumer product project, working across product concept, electronics/software prototyping, feature prioritization, user research, product positioning, and go-to-market planning.

The project combined technical development with business validation: building functional prototypes, testing feature priorities with tabletop gaming users, collecting 200+ survey responses, preparing marketing content, and presenting the product publicly at LA Comic Con. It became a cross-functional product creation project connecting user insight, hardware/software development, market validation, and launch strategy.
